As a dog with some muscle atrophy, my way of celebrating Leap Day is taking a quick high step, on this rainy day.
Maybe I should call it, Leap of Faith Day instead? That is sort of what it's like when I come to each sidewalk edge these days..will I hit or miss the curb? Every wanna go for a walk is different.
