Happy New Year! Are you sleeping in too? See, dogs ARE smart!
I went for a 9:00pm ball drop for New Year's Eve again or "New York New Year's." This is a definite perk to living in California. And as a senior dog, my party days are long over.
Hair of the dog. If you are in search of a perfect hangover cure, try my favorite "hair of the dog." It only requires a nice furry girl like me. A big nap and a furry cuddle will set you up nicely. I promise. Bonus: we dogs do not - repeat - DO NOT care if you have hangover breath.
Here's to a healthy and active 2012. Hey, gotta keep the toasts sincere and real. I am a senior dog, and being healthy and active for another year, would make me and my pack really happy.
Now it's time to see if the DVR recorded the Rose Parade in Pasadena, I read that Surf Dog Ricochet might be in it, or at least surfing dogs! Cowabunga dawg!
Peace and love,
-Cleo

The hair of the dog is my favorite cure for the day after New Year's. We spent a lot of hours cuddling with Honey this morning before heading out to play fetch in the park.
I'm glad you had a lovely night, Cleo. Happy New Year from our family to yours!

We've had quite the cuddle session too Pamela. Another perk to a senior dog...early bedtime means less bubbly on New Years and an earlier start to our day.
Happy New Year to you and Honey...xo -Cleo
