Cleo's 12 Favorite Movies and Television Shows

Happy Holidays Dog Lovers! I love this time of year.  The temperatures are perfectly chilly and my pack spends more time cuddling in front of the television and fireplace.  This is also the time of year when there are lots of lists and gift guides being put out.

Like other smart opinionated savvy dogs, people have been known to stop me on my walks and ask "Hey Cleo, what are your favorite movies? Do you have a favorite dog character? Who would play you in a movie?" The answers to these questions are "Woof!! Woof, and Woof."

It is the holidays and there will be lots of cold winter evenings that are perfect for movie watching with the family.

Since I like to be helpful (see my sous chef photo) I thought this might be a good time to create a helpful list of my favorite movies and television shows.

You can use it if you get stuck in the video store or on Netflix.  If I missed any that you like, please leave me a comment.

Cleo--I'm going to save my own list of favorites for my own later blog post. But I will share that I watch every movie looking for dogs (as I'm sure you do).

For instance, Lion in Winter with Peter O'Toole and Katherine Hepburn is a 15 puppy movie which gives it a very high ranking in my book. Last night I watched the Howard Hawks movie, Ball of Fire with Barbara Stanwyck and Gary Cooper. It wasn't bad but it had no puppies in it at all!
